Yes, I'm cycling...so it's happening because my hormones are adjusting? is it good or bad? will it go away? Sad

Hi adrianna23,

Feeling easily irritated is normally a symptom of progesterone excess, but many excess symptoms are deficiency symptoms too. You could try wild yam, fenugreek, progesterone cream, vitamin E to increase progesterone, or a phyto-progestin, like fennel, damiana, oregano, or thyme. Don't use much: just enough so you don't explode any more.

Thank you Isabelle! I did use PC cream some days I had a headache but maybe like 4 or 5 times and I take vit E along with vit A every night before bed. I will use it today see how it goes.

@Quest4boobs OOH FUN!! Yea I'd definitely consider it.

Anyway, just a random crazy thought: since PM is a phytoestrogen, can we say that its the estrogen that is making our boobs grow? Then why not we just take 15 days of birth control then rest for another 15 and start again? Ok i think this is crazy because we're dealing with chemicals instead of herbs, so can some doctor tell me does it work this way? LOL

I'm no doctor but I was on the pill for 6 months before starting NBE and my boobs didn't change at all. But once I started herbs they did and when I started PM they started growing. Why I dunno. Maybe the pill I'm on doesn't do much in the way of breast enlargement. Plus cycling the pill will make you ovulate all crazy and random. Many years ago when I was young and dumb I abruptly came of the pill and presto pregos. I got pregnant right way

Different pills have different have amounts of hormones
some just have progesterone, some have progesterone and estradiol.

Some have 0.075mg of progest others have 0.15.

But I think they all have more progesterone than estradiol and it would probably involve taking multiple pills per day.

Has anyone considered using an IGF-1 spray directly on the breast when massaging with PM cream? any thoughts?

crabcakes22 that's an interesting idea.
I already take NOW IGF-I internally.
Applying it externally may be an option.

GorgeousBlonde!
I was thinking of this too, since we can't ingest the IGF-1 (might aswell apply it directly). What I'm trying to do is find a deer antler velvet spray that is unflavoured so I can spray it directly. If you happen to find one that is not flavoured let me know!

Looking through the ingredients of a standard IGF-1 spray most of it seems as though it would be harmless to absorb:

deer antler velvet extract, IGF-1, Stevia extract, de-ionized water, phospholipids (soy), potassium sorbate (a preservative, same level of toxicity as table salt), citric acid.

the only things I would question are xylitol, which is a natural sweetener produced in fruits, and 'natural lemon flavor' which seems ambiguous. I think I might try to apply this to my breasts after showering and see how it goes. I don't want to take IGF-1 orally because I don't want to grow muscles or anything. Applying it directly to my breasts seems like a reasonable alternative.
