You can just add it. Journal your symptoms of progesterone dominance.

Make sure you take enough FN to be progesterone dominant on days 16-24.

Happy cycling Smile

Hi Eva,

Sorry to read that. How will you time it differently next month?

Hi guys ...this is my first post ...new here ...and this post struck me the most ...and i will be trying it maybe next year ...cuz im currently pregnant and don't want all the herbs interfering ...but i have been searching into nbe for the past 2 years ..but just never had the time to stick to but ...and wen i did for like 2 months i became pregnant sooo anyways....

i came across this forum but never joined...but i wanted to today because i thought i knew something that could benefit some ladies out there since this forum has helped me learn so much more ....

u guys may already know this but i thought i'd mention it ...one thing i noticed that boosts nbe are amino acids .... espically arginine, lysine, and glutamine... if u guys take these after ur meals ...u will notice a great difference to ur program ...because as we know amino acids are building blocks for proteins and the more fat ...the larger the breasts

sorry for the essay ...first time felt the need Blush

Hi again everyone! Do you think it would matter if I take pig placenta or other types of placenta with this routine? Thanks!

Oh, good! I take lysine for my skin! It's good to know it can help my nbe adventure!

I took one of those online hormone balance tests, and it looks as though I am estrogen dominant. However, I can't be too sure, because everytime I take "quizzes" like that, I always think "yeah...I guess I feel that. Oh, I think I get that too...." Even when it may not be true! I trick myself into thinking I do, I guess! My question is, if I am estrogen dominant, will this interfere with my PM routine? If I do the progesterone cream or weaker phytoestrogens in the luteal phase, will this just correct it? This topic totally loses me...

I am now spotting... Sad I don't know what went wrong!!!! I took the pills just like everyone takes them. I don't take any other pills exept the PM. My body temp is still low...35.8-35.9 Sad I am now on day 22 of my cycle.
Should I panic or should I not? Smile I didn't understand what you said....Smile
when I ovulate...I don't have much of a difference in the morning body temp reading...I think its a different of 0.5-1.0 a change in the body temp. So I don't know when I really ovulate...it confuses me a lot! My cycle usually is 28 days...so I assumed that I ovualte on day 14. but again there are some cycles that I have a long cycle...up till 32 days. Now I think that my cycle will be really long...my body temp didn't go up yet...and I am now on day 22 of my cycle. Dodgy

Hi Eva, the fact that there's almost no change in temperature is actually not good. It means you have "luteal phase deficiency" which mean very low progesterone. I hope you understand what this means - hormonal imbalance. Low progesterone is one of the major reasons women can't get pregrant (or actually they can concieve but without high progesterone in luteal phase the egg can't survive). High progesterone - high temperature, easy to remember! Smile Btw, high progesterone in luteal phase is equally imprtant for NBE as high estrogen in follicular phase.

It's easy to understand when you ovlate if you do BBT charting. You should mark a drop of temperature 2 days before your ovulation, it's significant and it's easy to notice. Look at your charts, somewhere about days 8 - 14. After that drop your temperature should only be climbing up until dropping down before period. In luteal phase it should be closer to 37 while in follicular - around 35-36.

You can add PC in luteal phase and see if it makes the difference.

My temperature went up yesterday and today. yesterday it was 36.3 and today it was 36.5 - So I usually have my temperature go up after a few day's from my ovulation...but I wonder why my body temp was so low for so long this month. I think that I will try Bella's method next month.
I hope that it will be o.k.

I think it's because you've postponed your ovulation. Chiyumilk had delays too in the beginning. In the end she was taking PM only until 1-2 days before ovulation (when you see a significant temperature drop). I had a delay once too because I was travelling and didn't measure my temperature and continued taking PM until day 14. Ovulation was postponed and so was the period becausein most women luteal phase is exactly 14 days no matter how long your cycle is.

Hope your cycle will be back to normal. Please let us know how you respond to Bella's method.

Ginie,

Like a moron I took the PM on day 28, which should have been day 1 of my cycle. However, for some reason I never got AF til yesterday. Now I am confused. I took the PM on day 1, and continued to take it until the 7th of Aug, which would have been 2 days before Ovulation. So I started AF yesterday afternoon, and am now confused as hell. Should I be still taking PM to try and get my cycle back to normal, or am I suppose to go ahead with the FG and Hops like I would be if I had gotten AF properly? This is very confusing. I guess I should have only started the PM if I actually started is what I am gathering. So in that case, if you don't start AF when you are suppose to, do you continue the FG and Hops? Or stop everything all together until it comes?

Hi MoK217,
there's no "as if" here. If your period hasn't started it means you're still in luteal phase and shoudl be following your regimen for luteal phase! Only when your period starts then you can change to follicular phase regimen.

I can't speak from experience here because I don't take other herbs apart from PM but I think you can continue taking FG and other herbs until you get your period because these herbs are weaker phytoestrogen than PM. If you're scared then you can discontinue now and start PM on day 1 or on day 6 (depending on which program you follow - Chiyumilk's or Bella's).

PM lotion /cream is OK to use throughout the cycle.
