Good luck girl!!

Well, after seeing your results, first, i'd use progesterone cream to balance this hormone. Then you wait and see. Maybe you can get some inches! I saw tibetan gained inches using PC! She was using bovine ovary too! If BO doesn't increase your estrogen level, i'd take it too. ( i don't know much thing about BO)
For now, i'd stay away from phyto-estrogen

thanks tim , but if i do not want the oil to absorb very fast, so is this oil from NB site a good option ?
http://noogleberry.com/shop/palmers-coco...-150ml-155
till me what will be your choice .
about my bust measurement, it's ok of course to till you,
it's,
31.1 inch above nip
31.5 inch on nip
30.7 inch down nip
i was worse than that when i was 48kg but now i'm 50kg , i gain one inch from this 2kg gaining .
my waist measurement is 26.8 inch
my Hip is 36.6 inch
so what's your opinion about this measurements ?

Wow! None of those Palmer's Products But they all look promising!! I might just give one of those a try at some point, thanks for sharing! This is what I currently use: http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=413748&catid=182918&aid=338666&aparam=54613044027id413748&device=c&network=g&matchtype= Because it is an oil, it does not absorb very fast, which makes it ideal for increasing the suction on the sides of my Noogleberry. I am not so sure how fast the other Palmer's products absorb, and if Noogleberry was just recommending them to cover the surface area of the breast, or if NB was recommending them for the sake of helping with suction. It seems to me to be the case of the former.
(Side note: I just noticed in the description of the Gel Oil that it says that it absorbs very fast--what they mean by that is that it absorbs faster than other Gel Oils. From my experience, it DOES NOT absorb fast, because there is still a film on my breasts in the morning when I wake up! But, this is what you want for the sake of suction. You do not want it to absorb very fast.)
And no! That Airlock Breast Cup is not what I have but it is the same idea. I do not remember seeing that option when I bought my NB cups. They look fantastic though and I would recommend you buying that!
What happened for me was that I ordered this: http://noogleberry.com/shop/breast-enlar...system-27/ and this: http://noogleberry.com/shop/airlock-kit-...-tubing-20 and they sent me my airlock tube and then accidentally sent me another airlock tube in place of my tee piece tubing (which is included in the kit). I emailed them about it and they told me just to keep the extra airlock and they sent me out another tee piece. I did not think I would have any use for the extra airlock tubing until after a while of playing with my NB and discovering that for me I found it easiest to pump my cups separately, and attaching an airlock tube to each cup allowed me to do that! So, you can buy the kit and then buy the airlock tubing separately (buy two: http://noogleberry.com/shop/two-airlock-...tubing-150) OR you can buy that cool kit that you posted about above! The cool thing about the Airlock Breast Kit is that it seems that you will have the cups free-standing on your chest (without the tubing hanging off). That is even better! My cups have the airlock tubes still attached when I got to sleep (but obviously not the hand pump... just the tubes are attached) so I look like Lady Gaga or something like that!
As for size, you can try for the medium sized cups. According to their sizing chart, I should be using medium cups, but I chose to buy a large because I wanted it to last longer as I grew The only problem is that my rib cage is not wide enough and that is why I had so many problems with trying to keep suction in the past (and every time I try to get back to snoogling after taking a long break). If your rib cage is wide enough, I'd say give it a shot! Did you email them? I'd say email them: sales@noogleberry.com and whatever size they recommend, go the next size up Well, that is what I did and it seemed to work for me, and now I don't have to buy another set of cups for when I grow! But I also DO fit in the "large breast cups" size range. I am a 34" when standing and 35" when leaning over, and the large cups are meant for anyone from 34"-42". I know you say you are extremely flat, but what is your bust measurement, if I may ask? Are you at least 30"? Haha I can't believe they have that as the smallest bust size recommended for the medium cups...

You should be fine with the medium cups, I should think, because (as I wrote in my post above) the medium cups are designed for girls with at least a 30" bust measurement, so you are fine
As for the oil above, I have never tried it, but an oil
should take longer to absorb than a lotion so it is worth trying (although it may be an oil that surprisingly absorbs fast! but you'll never know until you try). It looks like a decent oil. I would try it.
As for lavender oil, it has no
estrogenic effect so it should be fine for you.

As for your diarrhea, it probably wasn't caused by the multivitamin unless you have some very strange allergy. I am always changing my multivitamin and happen to be taking the ON multivitamin for the first time this month. I will add here, though, that it is a multivitamin designed for athletes so not sure why you are taking them...? Have you been any better since you've come off of those things (assuming that you've come off)?

Yes i stopped it and i got better, it's very good that you are using it as i wanna ask you a few questions about it, as i think the one i bought might be Adulterated or something,

I bought it from swanson as i thought it's the best multivitamin . It contains a lot of everything .
i bought optimen also for my father and it has the same bad odour, not very very bad like mine but still bad too .

Well I am glad to hear that you have gotten better!
So wait, you got it from Swanson's or from ON? I mean, I don't know what yours looks like but if you bought the Opti-Women by ON labeled as "nutrient optimization system", 60 capsules, "high potency" 40+ ingredients then yes, we got the same one.
That stinks that one of the capsules were open! Maybe something happened to it as it was shipped to your house? I just pick mine up from the local Vitamin Shoppe and I am sure it doesn't travel as far as it does to get your place in Egypt. Mine is completely odorless, but then again I have not opened any of the capsules. Nor do I want to! Vitamins aren't supposed to smell lovely
You can go ahead and ask me questions about it and I will answer what I can.

Yes we got exactly the same one . Anyway i'm gonna just use it when i've constipation , it works very well with that ,
But i still can't bear the odour and i feel i'm about to vomit when i smell it .
I ordered the noogleberry today, the new built in air look system and i ordered also two soft cup rings , Gauged Hand Pump, palmers oil gel like yours and lavender oil . It will be deliverd to me in 7 days . I can't wait to see how those will work for me and i'm wondering how can noogleberry do anything for me now while my body still full of the bad estradiol and still not responding to the good type of
estrogen . I don't also take any phyto
estrogen now , so how can noogleberry help in such case ? I don't know .

I am estrogen dominant too and I believe the cause for me is candida overgrowth. Have you tested for that? It's really easy, all you do is spit into a cup of water before you eat anything in the morning and watch it for an hour. If you see strings starting to hang down, you have candida overgrowth. They release toxins that mimic estrogens.
I'm also high in testosterone. How come you shouldn't take saw palmetto if you are estrogen dominant? I guess I will try spearmint tea then.

Because the truth of it is that Saw Palmetto releases more
estrogen than any antiandrogen. Also, Saw Palmetto is not a true antiandrogen, as it would have to be taken in toxic amounts to perform the amount of androgen-blocking that true antiandrogen perform. There are many other much more effective antiandrogens: spearmint, chinese skullcap, white peony root, pygeum bark ... there are other better options. SP got it's reputation because it blocks the stronger DHT which most of us women DON'T have (unless we have PCOS).

Thanks, I guess that is why I didn't feel better when taking saw palmetto before! Is black cohosh or dong quai ok to lower testosterone if you are
estrogen dominant? Or better to stick with spearmint and skullcap?
