B.i.G.G (Breast Information Growing Guide Lv.2)

Hi Sweets,

The KT (kinesio tape) holds up well under pressure.

I think it's essential to know this for everyone on this forum Tongue" alt="Tongue" title="Tongue">

Hi ladies,

Chiyomilks program in follicular phase was PM, pig placenta and collagen based.

MissEllens program in luteal phase is flaxseed, soy flour and Microgynon-30 BCP (birth control pill) based. Her BCP has 0.15 mg of levonorgestrel (progesterone) and 0.03 mg ethinylestradiol (estrogen).

Here's where I ask for the ladies (who's interested in helping) of this forum to list they're menstrual cycle (e.g. 28 days?, 32 days?). I need to get an average.

Where I'm going with this?. We're going to break breast growth into 4 stages. For example, in early follicular day 0 to day 5 morphological changes are absent (meaning, chance of breast growth during these days are zero).

Stage 1) Early follicular Day 0 to Day 5
Stage 2) Late follicular Day 6 to Day 15
Stage 3) Early luteal Day 16 to Day 24
Stage 4) Late luteal Day 25 to Day 28.

I want to lay out the best days to advance breast growth based on scientific research relating to what hormones are present and what's happening to breast lobules...or more to the point—aveolargenesis.

Additionally, we can link what phytoestrogens and/or natural therapies we have available during each one of these stages.

Please, I encourage newbies and senior members to participate, please don't be shy...this will help you streamline your breast growth.

Also, if you can include what herbals (if any) you are currently taking during each phase it would be extremely helpful.

Has anyone ever used kinesio tape (KT for short) for covering nipples while pumping?. I found it extremely durable, thus eliminating the need for TP rolls and the like. In fact, you get a nice round pull during a pump session.

Do you have use of irregular cycles..? Due to PCOS mine is all over the place, between 35-40 days before herbs, when trying out herbs (variations of flax, hops, fennel and fenugreek) cycles got shorter, about 31-36 days in between.

Hey Nefer <3

Noppe, my periods are pretty regular fortunately!

Somatostatin inhibits estradiol, GH and aromatase, forskolin too. So, we need to take matters into our hands inhibiting somatostatin (see information below).

As I'll outline the process in upcoming posts it'll start to make sense as to how the menstrual cycle, breast growth and overall health can all live harmoniously in the same universe.

As you deeper into zinc more of DHT is inhibited, tread carefully though, meaning go slowly monitoring changes (less aggressive, agitation, less stinky, reduction in body hair, etc). For cis-females the dosage will factor around how much androgens your already battling (e.g. BMI, age, what part of the menstrual cycle your in, etc).

See, LH (luteinizing hormone) is secreted by the anterior pituitary during the proliferative phase (aka-follicular phase).
Why is this important?. Well, LH stimulates androgens from the theca cells thereby converted by granulosa cells, into estrogens. But really?, where do androgens originate?, glad you asked lol, there synthesized from our daily diet,  aka—cholesterol. I'm getting ahead of myself lol because I'll start explaining mitosis and meiosis…however, mitosis is occuring in the granulosa cells during the follicular phase.
Aromatase activity in human granulosa cells during follicular development and the modulation by follicle-stimulating hormone and insulin
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6422764/

In other words Sweets, we don't need more estrogen in the follicular phase...just more conversion of androgens to aromatase. I got the aromatase angle covered though, it'll come via a specific action (or synthesis) to get the job done.

I wouldn't worry about the loss of DHT and muscle growth. It's more important how you address muscle recovery after working out. I believe a protein synthesis supplement Leucine helps support muscle recovery.

The following information comes by way of the fellas forum regarding inhibiting somatostatin.

On inhibiting somatostatin, it's in breast growers' interest to inhibit its action. Meaning when somatostatin is released it inhibits prolactin, oral estradiol, adenylyl cyclase, growth hormone and TSH (thyroid releasing hormone)...which also inhibits TRH (Thyrotropin releasing hormone). And inhibiting TRH means no prolactin production. In other words prolactin stimulates the aveolargenesis in the lobules of breasts. Vitamin D3 and MSM are very important for alveolar stimulation.

When you inhibit adenylyl cyclase you inhibit ATP production, and the end result of that is inhibiting aromatase. Insulin inhibits aromatase too.

See, estrogen stimulates prolactin and growth hormone, so by somatostatin inhibiting their action it seems like an awful waste for breast growth

https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/neu...matostatin

Antibody experiments (1) have clearly shown that basal GH levels are elevated when somatostatin is neutralized.

Somatomedin C has also been implicated in the negative feedback regulation of GH, at least partially by stimulating release of somatostatin (5).
https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.100...-7886-4_18

Most effective way to block somatostatin is in the stomach. The release of somatostatin occurs in two places, the pituitary and in the stomach. I believe our best course of action to inhibit somatostatin is in the stomach via the previous post.

When you inhibit adenylyl cyclase you inhibit ATP production, and the end result of that is it inhibits aromatase.

Somatostatin is used for treating Gigantism and Acromegaly, and other various conditions:

Somatostatin agonists for treatment of acromegaly

Thanks for being patient Sweets.

So, I've understood it well, our main first goal is to address somatostatin, right?

Interesting to know that in follicular phase we need to convert T to E, but not to supplement with more E. Wow, I'm learning a lot and I'm not a sci-person Big Grin" alt="Big Grin" title="Big Grin">

Hi Ladies,

I should clarify, some women need help restoring estrogen (e.g. ovarian failure) thus supplementing with HRT. With longer periods ovulation is delayed, or not occurring (anovulation). Some variations might be responsible, e.g. environmental toxins, stress, smoking, thyroid issues, poor sleep, diet, etc.

Nefertiddy, how long is your menstruation?. Can you share recent blood tests?, it would help knowing what LH and FSH are doing during your cycle. Btw, taking Flaxseed is healthy but...it TANKS NBE. Flaxseed inhibits aromatase, meaning it lowers estrogen. Flaxseed contains a substance called enterolactone, and this substance will cause breasts to deflate. In fact, there's a thread or two on this forum that women reported using Flaxseed deflated their breasts. Here's just a few research studies explaining it.

Sweets, that's cool, I'm learning too. Thanks for the kind words. I want to look over your blood tests again for the same reason as Nefertiddy's, do you have a english version?. Blush

I´m going to get my hormone levels checked but it might take some time since I have just moved and I'm still waiting to to get registered in the country. Can't get health care until registered. But will do as soon as possible! Feels like playing a guessing game until then.

I am currently not on any herbs but; zink, magnesium, collagen and omega3. But it is true flax seemed to increase my body hair like crazy..! Especially since I didn't apply any pro-aromastase at that time.

My period is 3-4 days long.

About the hormone test btw, is there an optimal cycle day to get tested?

I can't see the picture. How would I make sure the KT stays in place after putting it on my breast?

Hey Nefer!

Yes, day 2 or day 3 of your period. Here in Spain the test is called "third day test".
