I've been thinking about Susan's idea in post #372 of this thread: Could you plan massages like gym sessions for maximum growth?
Suppose you do squats and lunges to help maca make your booty Huge. Then you would train the same muscle again after 48 to 96 hours. I think it was John Pilates who found that this timing of gym sessions ensures maximum HGH.
When I was still living at the gym, I used to time the sessions on muscle soreness. When the soreness of the previous session was gone, I was ready for another one that targeted the same muscles.
Now think dumbbell flyes or bench presses for pecs. Or the example Susan gave: we both feel more in our breasts when we exercise. Even a walk makes a difference. Should we time walks with 48 to 96 hour intervals? And why would massages be any different? In the end, it's all about HGH. We both have our programs tuned right: we have plenty of all other hormones.
Let's see: tomorrow, I have two walks of 30 minutes each, and Friday too. On Thursday, I'll be at the beach: 23 °C (73 °F), how often does that happen at the end of September? So I have to schedule some activity again on Sunday or Monday, and take it easy on Tuesday.
This is easy. I can schedule exercise like this for a few weeks, and then do something similar with massage when the rainy weather comes.
