I overpumped a bit yesterday and I have a mark on my left breast. Not nearly as bad as when I've pumped too hard in the past, though. I'm trying to think of how I caused it, as nothing I did hurt yesterday, and I didn't pump any harder than usual. At least I don't think I did. I'm being a horrible person and still pumping today. I'm just positioning the cup so that the rim doesn't indent into the area where the mark is.
I bought a cocoa butter stick because of my dear soul sister ELLACRAIG's post here: http://breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=19829&pid=110835#pid110835 I massaged and pumped with it earlier and will smear some on my armpits tonight before bed. Also performs beautifully on my lips!
I need to get my diet back under control. So many sweet, delicious goodies left over from Easter.

I need to cool it! But having my period isn't helping.
I'm kind of having suction problems lately. It seems like my Kangzhu cups just don't want to stay on. But last night, I kind of accidentally did a modified version of hydro noogling at the sink (the cups fell off me into the sink while I had the faucet on, ugggh so frustrating
) and BAM. Problem solved. The cups stayed put like no other. I wonder if getting things a bit wet helps with suction problems (I usually just use oil).
I feel like I can feel the tissue in my breasts more. Like the actual tissue as opposed to just fat. It's fascinating.
