I have been massaging for about an hour for the past two days and have been having slight soreness after.. is this normal?!
Also, I might have noogled a little bit too hard and i now have a ring of redness around my breast (where the ring mark usually is) and they are quite spotty.. is there anyway to get rid of this?!
Some help or advice would be great!!

Hi everyone, I have been noogling at least an hour and I can feel some swelling (although not visible with the naked eye).
So far I have grown 0.5" with the noogling and the massaging using PC and a serum and cream so I am very happy and Im hoping to see more growth!
I should be posting pictures in a few days after my first week of noogling

Also, I was due to have my period about 10 days ago but because I have been stressed due to exams coming and assessments I have a feeling I might miss this cycle
Is there any way I can regulate my period?!

I have been massaging with FSO (FDM x300, and lymphatic massage) everyday before I shower and then I massage again after my shower with PC and this breast serum from Be+

Today will be my 6th day of noogling and I noogle for about an hour at least each day
I'm still trying to figure out what really works for me in terms of noogling because the 7:2 method didn't really give me much swelling
Also, I have cut down on my intake of wild yam, fenugreek and black cohosh because I am estrogen dominant .. I am thinking of adding nettle root because I read that it helps to decrease estrogen.
I am also thinking of taking vitex because it helps to regulate hormones.

So far i have definitely gotten some great swelling/growth (how do you tell the difference?!)

I think my boobs look better in pictures because they dont look so big to me but I am definitely happy with my progress so far hehe
I am meant to get my period now but I have been stressed because my exams are coming (I skip periods when Im stressed :/) .. so I really really hope this isnt a case of pre-period swelling.. although my girls have been really sore lately .. but it might be from the noogling because that was when it started .. and if it is IS IT NORMAL?!
