Some people take PM throughout, others cycle PM. I'm new myself, and I cycle my PM starting on my period for 15 days and then switch over to fenugreek. There are a lot of really good threads with helpful advice, and ideas for NBE newbie programs. Try doing a search and see what you can pull up!
