Okay, I think my period is actually here (my breast are sore and tender and my flow is not heavy nor light, funny thing is, I didn't feel any bad cramping like I normally do when it comes), it's not just a spot anymore
what I plan on doing is just take only
ONE capsule of pm at night before I go to sleep just to be on the safe side...

Breast looks rounder today, haven't measured yet (will try and do it today)
PM soap did not come in the mail today, hope it comes soon since I'm low on PM cream
also, I've read through the forums and read about some bust roller and it's positive feedback , I've decided to buy one it was only $1.91 on ebay (might take a while since it's in china
)

Woohoo! PM soap came in the mail today
I tried it earlier this afternoon, and all I have to say is DANG! This works great
!!! I see a huge difference in my breast shape (my breast still feels very heavy and they ache and itch a bit). What I did was lather the soap on my breast, bum and hips and let it sit for a few minutes then a simply rinse.
I'm loving this soap, it makes my skin feel nice and smooth, the only thing i don't recommend is to leave it on our face for too long, it gave me a burning sensation (it doesn't last long however).

Also, I was planning on buying a kangzhu (not sure if I spelled it right) pump however, not 100% sure which size to buy, I looked up the measurements of a medium and I think that would be too small afterwards?

And yeah, I highly recommend the pm soap, it helped with my growth. However, I suggest not to leave it on your skin for too long, 2-3 minutes is long enough
after that, rinse away~
