I ordered some kelp patches. I want to lose weight desperately and it can somehow help with breast enlargement . Some breast pills contain kelp in it. I don't know how many mg. one patch has. How much is too much? My body is really sensitive. Thanks.

I started it and feel a bit funny. My appetite has decreased but I wasnt eating a lot anyway. I drink more water and go to toilet more than usual. If I lose any weight this week I will write my results.
