Hi everyone,
I'm thinking about buying a cream to add to my daily massage. I've been going through the threads and found that a lot of people use PM, and some PC.
Is there a difference? Is one better than the other?

one is progesterone cream (PC) the other is pueraria mirifica (PM) , one is, obviously..progesterones, the other is estrogenic (PM). each one plays a different role in NBE
