For those that have had significant growth, did people notice and say anything, or not really because it didn't happen overnight?

I've been taking breast actives for a month but it was I think atleast 3 or 4 weeks in before my boyfriend made any comment about it it really won't happen over night but it depends on if someone is comfortable making a comment like that too but everything that is happening with mine is really gradual.
