I still every month get luteal swelling which goes away after my period .. I still grew. 
My girlfriend with natural 12e swells a whole cup size bigger in luteal too ? don’t stress it .

But, after my period, my cup size is 30A.......

Before Starting NBE, my size was 30B.

After I start  NBE, when I’m in my period my size goes smaller than before

I don’t know why,
And I don’t know when I will see real growth.

The swelling comes barely.

Right after my period stops I get smaller too! I also will drop half a cup size but then it bounces back pretty quick

I have the same!!!! I got it everytime in my luteal phase, but with me it was very intense swelling and growing pain. During my menstruation it got less, and after it was completely gone. After three months (so three times intense swelling, and then gone) I'm still the same, AA. 

Have you also ever had this tingeling feeling before NBA?? When you grew from nothing to 30B??

Hmm,,,, when I use PC in luteal phase, I feel pain and tingling on both breasts and even nipples  
But after my menstruation is started the swelling completely gone.

Now, I’m in luteal phase and my breasts are little swollen but my menstraion period passed..(42th day, now) I don’t see my spotting. So I am worried about that.
Maybe I guess this month I have many many stress and I could haven’t controlled PC.

I desire to have big natural boobs,
So I will not quit NBE
(But still worried about not spotting)


But someone said I need to be patient.
