I may have mentioned this before but, I believe massaging with oil and pumping are a basic part of NBE and any plan that includes supplements like herbs should be in excess of the basic program. I have read threads where someone has spent pages describing their diet and supplements and then at one point said BTW I also pump and massage. I encourage you to make boobie oil by mixing finely ground fenugreek with your choice of aloe vera, almond, or coconut oil. Massage this oil into your breasts twice a day for 5 minutes. I actually dont recommend the site i used, customs picked it up and i was close to getting a large fine!

Nope, on a break atm sadly due to shipping being a pain worldwide, i am gonna start a new program however with PM soon enough, so stay tuned for that in the coming months!
