Yes I agree, it's a very dramatic difference from the starting picture. We have to hope now that the result is reasonably stable, because I know fat can get reabsorbed.

Well this last third week the size decreased significantly, I can definitely see that the full volume is gone. The breasts are now more saggy. But still there's a serious fat base in the below part, in the direction to the chest, making the breasts stand out of the chest (opposite to that lying straight down position from before) and when held, you can feel how full they are inside, they feel heavier. Before, you could only feel the milkducts, it felt very empty, saggy. Now there's something to hold, they're softer to the touch   Also they keep the new edges, I never had breasts base heading to the armpits, now there is one. 
I believe I am to be blamed for the sudden loss - I couldn't keep it and started sleeping on the sides as I was tortured from the back-only position all night long. Also I tend to work too much, carry heavy things, being active and I wasn't carefull about proper eating. 

The doc told me that the second round usually makes a bigger difference. I believe it could be because you have already that filling inside of the tissue and so you only add volume in the second round and create the new shape. Right? Any experience? Thoughts? 

So far I'm still happy. Let's observe what happens the week 4. I'll keep you updated and post new pics soon again.

I used to be a side sleeper, but switched to sleeping on my back which seemed strange at first. It took a while to get used to, but eventually became a totally comfortable way to sleep. I think if you just stick at it regardless, you end up getting used to it.
