Hi there,
I am a newbee. I read so many threads here and really want to give PM a try. But not sure from where I can buy that in uk. Please help me. I am 30 years old. I am 32a and mother of one. Breastfeeding and loosing weight took my breast away. But that was also important. Can anyone please help me here. I am new to NBE. I want to start some other herbs also. Any expert here pls help.

Hi,
There is as far as I know, no over the counter source of PM in the UK.
I get mine on line from pueraria.co.uk, they deliver in about 2-3 days, or you could try ainterol europe, they deliver from Germany in about a week.

I have some of this but I ended up buying ainterol from ebay because it doesn't have a proper ingredient list and it contains 'tropical herbs', which I thought might overwhelm any effects of the pueraria (as well as the fact I don't know what specific herbs they actually are). Couldn't say if it works or not because I didn't give it much of a chance.

to which? pills/cream/extract? I use extract mixed with oil and occasionally some PM uk cream in luteal.
