Hey Peggy, sorry that the answer took me so long, but i was very busy.
I take 2000mg a day, wich means one capsule in the morning, one in the evening. On the package it says you should take 3 a day, but i think they just want to make more money.
I don't know if it does anything for breastgrowth, but i feel like my skin is no longer so extremely dry as it used to be. That's nice too.
In additon i am happy today, because in the last days i felt some itching and tingling in my breasts but i'm not in luteal phase.
