Do Not use the pullout method Okay precum is like regular cum on steroids, it CAN get you pregnant, and you are trusting YOUR HEALTH in the hands of SOMEONE ELSE. It doesn't matter if you have complete and full trust in the person you're sleeping with or not, it is Your responsibility to take care of Your Health and that is not something you should be putting onto the shoulders of someone else. It's easy for everyone here to say how bad BC is for you, but YOU are the one who'd be caring for a baby if you were to get pregnant, not them. Sorry for all the caps but going off bc could drastically change your life if you aren't careful.
If you will not use condoms, you should stay on the pill. Tri-cyclen-Lo or any other BC with the word "lo" tacked on the end is a lower dose of hormones. Your family doc would be able to help you pick one.
IDK if you have insurance but a copper T-novo IUD is a good option, it doesn't release any hormones, but its expensive so you'd want to be covered for it..
The liver plays a big part in hormone control, so that is what you want to cleanse if you want an estrogen cleanse. Its a messy pain-in-the-ass. If you have parasites (liver flukes, etc), which is highly likely and entirely normal, you would probably want to do a parasite cleanse. Then a colon cleanse, then followed with a liver cleanse. Then 3 more liver cleanses.

OR you can take the easy route, and start drinking dandelion root tea- this takes consistency to be effective, and is not as effective as an actual liver cleanse (the liver cleanse will remove stones) but its very beneficial. You can buy the tincture at any health foods store, it is very very good for the liver and great for all of your womanly parts. It'd be very good paired with fenugreek and fennel. Milk thistle too.
Dandelion helps with water retention too, so it'll help with your bloated feelings, but its got potassium in it so it won't drain that down like some of the water retention meds do.
