When I put it on I start around the areola of the nipple then work my way out. I just massage it in circles around the nipple clockwise. I let it soak in a bit before I massage the rest of the breast. I saw a video on chinese massage and I have been using that technique. Start at the top of the breast and spread your fingers outward kind of making a circle around your whole breast I do this 10-15 times each breast. Then I push the sides of the breast inward 10 times each. Just keep massaging I think it really makes a difference.
