I took a moment to seach around the old archived forum site. I have listed for you two search links in the old general discusion forum. If you can take the time. Take a look at the posts and be sure to follow them back to their original thread.
Look at page three of this link for a dosage. But, remember that this person probably started with too high a dose.

As to dosage amounts. I would start with the recomended dosage on the bottle. When you have done some more research you can up the dosage slowly as macojaco recomended. Her advioce is spot on. Don't take too much too fast.
