PS, Andy I've been meaning to suggest for you to do some research on Banaba tea, yes it's spelled the way I wrote it. It is used in Japan to control diabetes and it cleans and heals the kidneys so it's a doulbe bonus for diabetics. I've used it on and off for years now for kidney stones. it disolves them so I don't have to pass them any longer. Thank goodness.
Anyway, it's pretty cheap. I get it for about 1.60 for 20 tea bags on ebay from an overseas herbal store. they combine shipping and it's cheap. you can drink as a cup of hot tea, or you can make it like a pitcher of ice tea and just drink it cold with whatever you want to add to it. I also drop in a single regular tea bag with it and you can't tell the difference then.
