You sound like a 30D/ DD hun. Not sure what a 30 back is in us sizing? Seriously hun, you need a smaller band and bigger cup! You're squashing your girls! I hated smaller bands too but trust me, they are not small when you've got the right cup size. Just try it the way i see it, if you don't give them room how how are they supposed to grow?

Lea we are in Australian sizing here I got measured up as a 12b And yet I still wear size 10 and 12 a cups. Was your trip shirt bra tight in the cups at all or was there room in there? I think maybe I need to try the 12b I guess even though I feel they are roomy. But hey your living testament to wearing your actual proper size so ...
