The stuff isn't pre packaged, she does it when the order comes in so they powder is freshly sealed in the jar and the label gets slapped on after, which was what I was hoping happened. Thank goodness.
Are you sure she's not just saying that or she would have put new date on right or say if it was a use by or whatever.
Mmm it doesn't look to good for stacked from what you said.
I really do think that's the case because from what I know of the company it's one woman that works out of her house and she packages everything in her house as orders come in. It's literally printed onto the sticker and I imagine it's cheaper to buy stickers in huge bulk than to buy new ones for every month, especially when you don't know how many orders you're gonna get. I also think it would look less professional on her part to have her handwritten expiration date over it. She should probably not put an expiration date on it, and instead put a shelf life so she never has to worry about this. It'll always be the shelf life of when the powder went out, regardless of date/year/month. Maybe I'll suggest that to her. She's not a whole company she's just one woman, doing it all herself. I think it's a genuine case of her not having a proper label for it, which I really suspected was the case when I got it, and so I think she told the truth. I could be wrong, and if I am I guess the herbs just won't be as potent, but I don't feel in my gut like it's not the truth. If I did I wouldn't take it. She did offer to send out another one and give a refund which is really what assured me.
