Is cycling mandatory?

I bought some progesterone cream also bc I read about how everyone cycles the two to keep them balanced. What if I don't need the cream to stay balanced, is it still a bad idea to take the PM all month? Will it keep me from starting my period next month? Thanks.

For bio-females , yes . Otherwise you throw your hormones all over the place , and will also effect your periods . Please take time to read info on the forum . I am sure ladies will answer that question better.
