?How much EPO are you taking? I'd love to take 3 per day but I always forget :s Has that bra arrived yet? I'm still airing my one out and may wear it, its funny they always tend to arrive with a strong chemical odour from china which worries me so I air them out in the sun until it subsides.
Just fyi I decided to keep taking fenugreek due to allergies and digestion despite my taking a break.. You know when I have some liquid fenugreek I tend to get all tingly in my breasts a couple of hours afterwards. I wonder if fenu absorbs better as a liquid... I may persist with fenu this way instead of the seeds.
Anyway just wanted to see how you are getting on
