I briefly stopped taking the pills over the weekend as I went away and took 1 on Monday as I was experiencing cramps, however i'm now starting twice a day and the cramp seem to have subsided, I got my period on Monday so that could have been the reason for cramps anyway, I think my period is slightly early though..

Breast wise - currently feels quite itchy and intermittently painful so good signs. Feels the same as when I took FG,SP and YW last year when i experience a little growth.


So far so good.
