I don't know if this has an affect on NBE or not, but I have Raynaud's disorder. Which basically means that the circulation to my hands and feet is rubbish (and can be linked with other illnesses)... with body temp etc being important in NBE I was wandering if anyone had any ideas as to whether this would affect it? Or if anyone else has Raynaud's and if this made them alter their program?
