help with first purchase noogleberry

NB has not been responding to my emails.
I am still waiting for them to accept me to the forums even..
I am wondering what size I should start off with, and any help with what accessories I should purchase if any would be awesome.

My measurements:
Over B: 32in
Bust: 33in
under B: 30in

I'm really hoping someone can help me figure out this purchase so that I don't waste my money or miss anything important.
