I was sure there's been some wonder foods out there but for the life of me I cannot recall what they are!
I could tell you more about foods then exercise lol, like a diet high in carbs i.e. sugar makes getting rid of belly fat the hardest of all to eliminate, ugh!
I love food and love hearing about foodYou know I dropped 10kg post baby and it took 6 years to build myself back up again, and now that I have I just cannot shake the tummy fat!!! Since starting NBE I might add that its gotten a tad worse. I suspect the protein shakes :s What is really good though as we are now in autumn hopefully the supermarkets will stop selling my favourite organic ice cream lol - ergo no more sugar!!
