Hi girls, quick question: do any of you have a hard lump in the middle of your breasts? Mine are there in both breasts. I think I've had them since puberty, and I suppose they are mammary glands. They usually grow bigger and harder before my period.

I've started taking fenugreek + vitex + gingko a month ago and have had constant growth, in that those lumps are getting bigger and harder. I'm just a tiny bit concerned. Just wanted to check if this is a normal sign of growth?

Will they ever be soft again?
