We are actually very often not quite sure if they are simply small or underdeveloped, so the easier question would be if someone grew from an AA or smaller to C-D. I think that is possible, but it takes more time when you start out small.
But as for the shape, I got the impression that it is mostly determined genetically. I am pumping (brava) and at the beginning I thought the way they swell they will also grow, but that is not really happening. They have a very different shape with swelling compared to what they look like when the swelling subsides. The most swelling I get on the top, but I don't keep the most of it on the top and with the swelling you could not call it a drop form-actually it is a strange form and after the swelling is gone they do have the drop form. The form is changing as they grow, but the form I won does not correspond to the swelling.
