I have been taking Swansons BO, along w MSM for a month now. I decided to pull the tape out and see what progress, if any I've made. I could tell just from feel that they are almost identical in fullness and with a tweak to my massage routine the assymetry is evening out alot. And I have gained a half inch! Yay! 
I have ordered more BO and will continue the MSM and massage as well as adding some L-arginine and wild yam. I will report back in another 30 days with any updates. An inch more of growth and i will reach my goal (fingers crossed)!
