Brava causing armpit pain - Please Help!

#1

Hello ladies!

Three years ago I bought brava (narrow-medium domes), but had such bad skin irritation I never used it. Now that I'm aware of this amazing forum, I decided to give it another try. I learned here to switch the prep wipes for aloe, and the irritation went away! If only I knew about you all years ago - I might be boobilicious by now!

I'm in between jobs and w/o a boyfriend, so I have plenty of time to commit to brava right now - IF I can keep it that thing on! My problem is that it is SO PAINFUL on the muscle between my chest and my armpits. I can handle 2 hours at most. In desperation I even tried cutting a part of the silicone rims in this spot to make room for my muscle - all that did was reduce the ability to maintain suction, while still causing pain. It hurts where my pec crosses over to my arm. Assuming I can fix the slicing I did to my brava rims (yikes!), any ideas how to deal with this?

I'm narrow, so my domes reach across my chest and curl around my sides, which I think is part of the problem. I'm also just under 5ft, so the domes go high on my body as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Ok, apologies for the long rant. I'm just desperate to be able to keep these suckers (ha!) on!!!

Thanks ladies, and happy growing everyone!!
