So basically i have been taking
5 Fg
4 maca
2 epo or msm per day.

I have been.about 2 months and its not workng. I kniw u should wait more but im. Not having any breast pain or tingling. Nothing.
WhAT SHOULD I ADD TO.MY PROGRAM.PLS???

i wanted to add PC and RC but these arent found in my country and i dontxwant to buy online cus i dont want anyone in my house to know...

Also i dont want sp bcus of it neg efects..
Any ides???
