If you have the opportunity to do some testing, you probably should, since they can be revealing, even though you do not want take medications, they may help indicate which route to go!

Thanks! I have decided to start with NB (I have one in the mail to me!) and massage with oils. After a few weeks/months of that, I am going to decide if I need additional supplements, etc.

After looking at other people's pictures & stories, I realize that I am fortunate, and also not to expect implant sized growth. And that is ok, I am hoping for realistic change, maybe a little more volume, growth, symmetry, etc.
