Hi Ella, don't be sad. I did not know that you want to start taking PM at the same time like me. When do you plan to start? I don't need to start next cycle, I could wait one more cycle.

Well, yes I am worried about my cyst, but as I said I will take just 100mg of PM per day, which is not much. I think I will either use Fenugreek in luteal phase or maybe PC. I want to test my hormones in a week and then I will create my new program.

I am currently on a juice fast. Today is day 4 and I will fast until the end of this week (7 days in total). I was scared that my boobs will shrink but they did not shrink till now and actually I am having some growing pains!

PS: My PM order was shipped already. Just received the tracking number! Wow the guys are fast.

Yes I guess as you were weary of herbs as with our boobie sister BB I had this pretty little picture in my head we might all brave it together one day down the track ha ha! But in all honesty I wouldn't start PM until I had my hormones checked and that's a costly exercise over here, so that's not something that will happen soon unfortunately
But hey in the nicest possible way we will be using you as our guinea pig (again said with the utmost respect) -not only that you are doing it in a way I would choose to do as with BB at a guess, start small, so i'm soo fascinated to see how you go!!!!
