Hey guys! So I've been browsing this site for quite a while (few months) and decided to finally really start my NBE program. I'm excited! I wanted to keep a thread to keep me motivated and stay on track! So far, I've tried FSO a while ago, it seemed to give some fullness but not growth. I also wasn't too fond of the smell of it, though. Besides that, I got pig placenta and took just a couple tablets before deciding to come back to that if I feel it's necessary. I'm really starting my program as of now with PM. I got Siriporn PM + Ro-bust cream and have been taking 100mg for the past four days. Nothing so far. I got a bad headache yesterday and didn't take the pill this morning and the headache seems to be better, but not gone. I'm not sure whether it's due to the PM. I plan to take a pill tonight and continue for a few days to see if my body adjusts. From what I've read, it seems the headache may be from hypoglycemia or estrogen dominance if its PM. I'm going to try taking honey/sugars when I get a headache if it comes back tomorrow and if that doesn't work I may try fenugreek or fennel with the PM. Thoughts of whether I'm too young to do PM? It seems like most people think at my age it should be fine, especially since it's a natural phytoestrogen. Furthermore, I'm fairly sure I'm done growing, though it's possible I'm not.
