Hi all 
Just wanted to post an update on my Boobie progress.
Recently I found myself at a plateau so I decided to tweak my program just a tad bit.
I decided to kinda follow bonitaDDs' program and reduce my PM intake from 1000mg to 500mg a day.
Also, I increased my massage time by 3. I massage for 20 minutes before I get out of bed in the morning, 20 minutes with FSO before I shower (usually after I go to the gym), and then 20 minutes before bed in the evening.
I have been doing this for one week now and have noticed some intense shooting pains in my breasts; more than I have ever felt before! They are also very very soft but they haven't gotten to the tender point yet this month. I was trying on old swim suits and I can definitely tell they have grown since the beginning of my journey.
I hope this new program change produces a LOT of growth this month.
