I don't stop massaging during my period.
I also noticed that my period got much lighter - but that can also be because I don't take the birth controll pill any more (I stopped it about 6 months ago and I noticed that it got lighter every cycle, but when I began to massage it got lighter than ever, but no Problem for me
).
In my opinion that the results you get from massaging are permanent if you do it about a year or longer. You have to do it for a while so that new breast tissue can be built, otherwise it's only swelling that will go back after you don't massage any more. But there may be woman that have made experiences with that, I'm only doing massage for 2 months now and I don't think of quitting it.
The massage has some benefits, it's good for your breast health care. I think every woman should manage at least 5 minutes doing some massage.
