But NBE isn't just herbs and I don't think I can't do NBE. Here in my country it's legal for teens to have breast implants, if the doctor says they (the breasts) won't grow anymore and if the parents allow. So I could be having a silicone implant right now (or next year, or after). But I don't like silicone implants, they're ugly. So why can't I do NBE instead?
I was in a "program" (no herbs) some time ago but I kept reading this forum and I found a thread about teens that come here, and I got really confused about what I should or shouldn't do. Except for the herbs, I know I shouldn't try them lol.
Can I massage? Can I use flax seed oil as a topical for that female deer massage? It seems to have worked for an user.
Is it safe for me to listen to hypnosis and subliminals? Can I self-hypnosis (I've heard that there was a study about that a while ago, and though they were only 22 participants, ALL had some growth with self-hypnosis after 3 months). But do those subliminals (like that rockmelon ringtone) work? And are they safe for me?
I've also heard that too much testosterone can block breast growth. And I think this is one of my problems, I'm a bit hairy. Maybe if I try to control my serious addiction to chocolate and sugars (seriously, normally I eat 100g+ of chocolate a day) will it help? And is it safe to drink spearmint tea?
Last question, about the breast enhancement foods. Bad or good for me?
