Well, today I couldn't help measuring. My period ended yesterday.
Bust: 34"
Under: 28"
My Wacoal b.tempted push up in 30DD is fitting very comfortably today.
I've been doing the fat transfer massage and boobie massage along with noogling. I do a little light breast slapping on days I remember. Oh, and I do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UIuhsoV60g when I remember, too. I also dry brush when I remember before showering.
Although I am a bit wary of herbs and things I am going to add Fenugreek twice a week (Sunday and Wednesday). I know that is probably too little to do anything, but I kind of like the idea of taking a small amount of it.
I take the following daily (unless I forget):
Vit C with Rose Hips
Calcium & Vit D
Mixed tocopherols (Vit E)
Omega 3 (fish, borage, flax)
Beta carotenes (Vit A)
Biotin (hair)
Selenium
Horsetail (just started for hair)
Zinc (skin
Vit K (every other day cuz I bruise easy)
Fiber gummies
I drink a protein drink every day.
