I'm taking DIM-plus by Nature's Way with my BO. The recommended dose is 2 daily but I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I found that I feel more growth when I take this amount rather than when I take just 2 a day.

Well it does say "For intensive use take up to double the dose" so I at least know that the dose I am taking is safe.
