Hey, hun. I was kind of hoping for a natural growth spurt, too. Mine never came, either.

Otherwise, I'd say look at some massages you can do. This thread has a bunch that you can watch: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=19838 Start there. Use whatever you have handy to massage with, but I'd say get some flaxseed oil if you can, as that's a popular massage agent on this forum (prepare yourself for the smell, though, and be aware that whatever fabric it gets on, the smell is impossible to get out even after washing).
If you want to try doing pumps, I'd say join the Noogleberry forum and do research like crazy. That's what I did. You can use the cups like Noogleberry or like Brava. They're fab.
Make sure you change your diet. Eat far less sugar and carbs and lots more protein and drink plenty of water. Don't exercise too much and make sure you're getting plenty of sleep. And read through the forum as much as you can.
