My shoulders measure approximately 37inches and my Butt measures 33 but my butt protrudes out more than it is wide. I want to widen my bottom/hips to at least 35 inches. What do you guys think would help me in reaching this goal?
usually oestrogenic herbs help you put on weight there. Keep an eye on it though as it can also go to your lower belly (think I'm probably naturally a bit oestrogen dominant as hips/butt/lower belly are my bulkiest areas) .Then there's also working out. Squats etc are good for you bum muscles and hip abductions build the sides of the hips which are often missed (If you lie on your side and raise your leg in a plane perpendicular to the floor, you're getting that muscle. you might wanna get some ankle weights too
