I think bovine ovary and noogleberry sound best for tubular breast too it looks like most people got results for that problem with those maybe progesterone cream. I have very big areolas and tiny nipples but I think nipple suction helped me I only have cheap sex shop ones so far they seem to give me a little more nipple and a little less areola I like this because its more proportional and makes my breast look rounder I hear niplettes are the best though so I'm getting those.
