Thanks rocketmelon! I have another months worth of my BO routine, so I think im gonna finish it out. Maybe i just hit a slow period. And i definately am gonna try to carry some nuts, protein bars, bananas, etc w me at work. Plus 9 htrs a day of cleaning stalls requires extra fuel...i would probably feel better too if i snack through out the day.
I am scanning the herbal and pm pages too...incase i switch my approach here soon.
