Hi everyone I hope your week has been great so far!
I got some black cohosh today and will be adding it into my program, 1050mg a day. I am still a newbie regarding this so any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

Yea I get them from the chinese version of ebay and they are really cheap (so I dont have to worry about ruining my bra in the washing machine/dryer).. so far they fit me pretty well.
And I totally get what you mean about asian sizing with clothes because I am petite and asian and sometimes I cant fit the clothes too ! I think asian sizings generally go at least one dress size down from western sizing even when they are supposedly to be the same size ( i hope im making sense!)
@wishinandhopin I've tried some demi bras but alot of my boob falls to the side so unfortunately many demis/balconettes/half cups dont always work for me
@bmthx Yes I have realized that!! That is why I have added some other herbs (fenugreek, wild yam, black cohosh(as of today) to go with it and hopefully I will be seeing some results soon fingers crossed! I am now cycling Siriporn PM together with this combination.
Are there any herbs that would complement taking PM, or should I just use that alone during my follicular phase.. I am so confused about this
@tinker Thank you, thats really sweet I always kinda disliked the shape of my boobs because they are wider set and falls to the side which makes me look small
