Hey guys. I'm on a combined birth control pill and I know not to ingest anything oestrogenic as it could cause ovulation and put me at risk of getting pregnant. However, I've always assumed it's fine to use herbal and phytoestrogenic massage oils - is that so? I'm only really considering this now as I thought of mixing a very small amount of oestrogel in with my flax seed massage oil - but obviously that oestrogen is made to go into the blood stream and affect the whole body, not just where it is applied. so would mixing a few squirts with an 100ml bottle of oil for breast massage be a bad idea?
