I am happy to have come across this forum as it has taught me alot about herbs and also given me the hope that one can grow their boobies with just herbs.
I am 26 yrs old, 109 lb, 5'4" tall and cup size is nt big enough...lol a 32A. I have just started on a program that i am making as i am going along. For starters i am soaking 1/2 tsp of fenugreek and taking then twice a day and mixing fenugreek power with body lotion and massaging every night. I have just started 3 days ago so see i go with my program as time passes.
I plan to add saw palmetto and wild yam to my program gradually as well...any comments and feedback is most welcome...
