Extract of Kigeline, Extract of green papaya and Pueraria Mirifica", now i'm confused

Well, I'm excited with this BellaCream, but it will arrive in 3-4 weaks
I'm also thinking about buying PM and others herbs to make my own pills! I haven't heard about this fenugreek, I'll Google it. I'm REEALLY tempted to mix two or three breast herbs, but i'm very afraid of possible side effects. I was searching about SP and I found a man talking that he took these PM pills for six months and developed suicidal tendencies. :O
